Cardiff Meat and Sausage

Has anyone used Cardiff Meat and Sausage for game processing? It's just down the road from where we live and would be pretty convenient for dropping off critters to get processed.

I have taken many animals to Tony. He does a great job. I haven't tried his sausage, but his cutting and wrapping is great. Go see him before you plan to take somthing to him. Say hi, BS for a while and ask him about how he prefers to see the animals come in. Then, if you like to hang it at home for a few days, call him and let him know when you would like to bring it in. He will very much appreciate the courtesy, and bend over backwards for you.

At least, that's been my experience.:)
