i just bought a ruger 300 win mag lookin to get a muzzle brake installed just need to find a gunsmith able to do that for me in the edson area

Do yourself a favor and install a premium quality recoil pad first.It will be less cost,and the gun won't get any louder.If you decide to go with a muzzle brake,you must never fire the gun even a single time without hearing protection,as the increased noise to the shooter can damage your hearing with a single shot.
