Loads for an old Winchester .38-55

Could someone tell me what type reloads are safe for this beautiful old gun? I killed my first buck with it more than 25 years ago but after that caught the fever and bought a Ruger RSI .308 and havent used it since. I think he wants to go out in the woods again.

Yup got one of them too thats been sitting for many years. Amoung others. One of these days or years. Then as they were passed to me I will just pass em off to my son too. Don't got the heart to sell em.

more than once I wished I had that gun over. the one with the frozen firing pin, fogged scope lens or iced solid scope-covers not to mention the history it carries into the woods. Yessir Honda, these are family-keepers. Have a great season!
