Hey, Find out where you can get the manual & challenge the test, any hunter of reasonable intellgience can past the test after reading the manual!

go to www.aheia.com
It has a list of Instructors sorted by areas, call the local instructor, most are happy to arrange challenges. Fees vary, but should not cost more than $60 for the material and challenge.

Hey Good 'ol
I can find the Hunter Training course - but not the Firearms course needed for the PAL at the AHEIA site. Is there a list of Firearms course instructors anywhere?

A phone call to Battle River Sports & Tackle in Stettler should get him his info. I seem to recall seeing postings there for someone offering courses & exam challenges.
Google gives me 403-742-0673 as their #.

i agree with this..i took my PAL last weekend and i should have challenged it. if you have ever handled guns at all..a good 2 hours studying and you will be fine..no worries at all.
