Can you use marmish rods with other hooks other then marmish hooks?

For sure. You can use micro jigs for perch and wireworms as well.

Absolutely. You can use any hooks you want as long as the strike indicator can support them. Even then you can buy different indicators for lighter/heavier hooks.
