Fish creek

I was wondering, does anyone out there fish the actual creek? I might be moving quite close, and would love to hear if I can have a good time with my fly rod or ultra light gear.

I have seen lots of people fishing it you just need vary small flys . there are rainbows and some brookys .

Last year I was walking my dog along the trails by Fish Creek Park and we crossed one of the walking bridges and a huge school of whitefish were hanging out in the water. I walked to the shore and spooked a really big brown trout. I have some photos of him. He hid under a rock under the bridge for a while.
