And counting.
3 weeks of vacation booked commencing the 1st of November.
I'm so pumped.
Got an antlerless moose tag just burning away in my pocket, and have a friend coming to hunt with me that I have'nt seen in 4 years. The Mrs. has her mulie buck draw, and we have a new addition to the hunting crew, my Australian Bro-in-law(Canadian Residant)
So between meeting up with old friends, and seen some new faces hopefuly tag a critter or two, and a year with no extended time off is a awefully long time.
Bring it on, already!

Same as me dick but I did not get a moose tag in my zone. Whitetails this year only. But still pumped. A few grouse a few deer and a few beer. Probably leaving Monday, do a little more scouting and grouse is open now. And may as well pack a 410. Putting up a camp where I was last year. Good luck. Be safe.

I found out I have to take 5 days that I can't carry over this year, so Ii'll likely hit the river for a few days.
Silverado and i have a moose tied up for Nov.1!
I've seen him twice in a month in pretty near the same spot, he's not too big , and I've seen him both times right near the shore- a perfect moose IMHO. Wonder how he'd like "water skiing"?:D

I have a cow moose tag in 232 and exactly 1 day off for the next 2 weeks. Gulp. Good thing my father in law knows all the moose by thier first names, we shouldn't have a problem. Antlered mule deer and antlerless mule deer and two whitetail tags. I may have to spread myself out tomorrow. Should be lots of fun.

The countdown is on here as well. I have been out a fair bit but I saved a lot of holidays for November: 18 days hunting - 9 days work and a few Sundays to sleep in. I like that ratio.

I'm with ya on the ratio Chet.
My ratio is 20 days off (15 to hunt 3 to sleep), 7 days of Standby then 3 more days hunting.
T - 13 or so hours now.
