Went to Cow Lake west of Rocky today, ice was 4 inches at best. I hiked out and pulled a sled with gear, and tried 4 different spots. I did not even see a fish of any kind. There is a big rig drilling about a half mile from the day use area where I was at, and I suspect that this may have moved the fish to the south end of lake. - Slim
