BTK

Nobody on AO heard about the new potential WR whitie? Reported to have 30" main beams, 30" inside spread, and 50 " mass. Gross score 228 and net 218. Shot in Sask. Saw some pics on another forum. Looks like a 7 by 6. Anyone else seen or heard about this?
No doubt its a big deer, kinda ugly though.
I know we go through this every year but if its gonna happen its gonna happen in a year like this year!

Milo Hanson's is quite a bit better looking... I really hope this isnt a new world record.

Nice buck, but world record? Don't know how that rumor started. It is clearly not that big. Perhaps whoever started the rumor was confused with that huge Nebraska buck?

Yah not close to a world record..

I wonder if the high fence in the back ground has anything to do with this obvious in-bread / manipulation of nature ????

LOL! Who ever said there was 50 inches of H measurements on that thing was impaired... Great deer, but wow, where do these bad jokes come from? Couldnt a guy at least find a picture of something that is calibur type material, if they are bored and need something to talk about?

It's been a while since took a look at the Hanson buck, but IIRC, it's higher, wider, and holds its weight better - not that this is not a great looking rack, mind you!:)

Same rumour as I heard, but the one I was told about is supposed to be tall, not that stumpy one in the pics. The skull plate in the pics sure doesnt look very fresh - and sure aint no WR

a far cry from even a 200 inch deer, no where near the mass, brow tines to even consider a world record claim.. imo

there's no way that's a new world record and as hunters I'm sure we all know if it was a world record it would be mounted on the wall via shoulder mount :D
