HOW to fish cold lake LAKERS

lures,depth of water,color of lures, and how fast should i stay at one hole beofore moving

fish around the groups of tents, use a flasher, deep water and white tube jigs. LOTW trip cant come soon enough

Best is to use a fish finder for lakers
Jigging very slowly on the bottom. When a rock appears on the bottom of the scale ...this is a laker ! Start reeling in ! All the way to the top.
The laker normaly will hit your bait half way up .

Ps.
Don't leave your fish finder out in your truck over night.
As Transducer are only good to minus 20.
Hopfully everyone removed thier transducers from their boats already!

I usually go to the east side of the lake and alternate areas when I head out there. Stay about 300 from shore and fish right off of the bottom. I use bait and jig. Here's some of the fish the wife and I caught while out last year. Just bought a new auger and can't wait to get out again.

There are lots of skeptics who think these pictures are fake. I can assure there are some bigger lakers out there. Go out and have fun.
