I've had the most success with shiners on a 1/20-1/32oz jig, but I hear people use other baits with results, but its more location than bait at this time of year. I also like to use jigging rapalas and chubby darters which are amazing too!

I haven't been out there for a while now, but I did well with either half a dew worm, or maggots. Got a couple on trout dough as well, but overall did better with the 'real' bait :)

i like powerbait "Fish Fry" tipped on a 1/64 OZ Jig head wrapped with colored thread. Also the smallest sized Cicada with no bait

Mikes glo bait in pink works best for me followed by orange powerbait. They definately like trout bait. Never fails me anywhere.
