Went out this weekend to Fox creek with the boys. Tonnes of snow everywhere, got the truck stuck a few times. On the lakes there was 1 to 2.5ft of snow plus flood water. In some place there was atleast 12"of flood water. Had to crack open the sled a few times to hydro plain across. Flood water was unpredictable, sometimes close to shore, then the next time 200m out from shore. Not my cup of tea
We managed to fish a few spots where there was no flood water, but it was pretty shallow (10ft). caught nothing and only saw a few pike on the camera. Had a few hits on the tip ups, but no luck setting the hook.
