:scared:Went to dickson dam trout pond yesterday, ice was 18 inches at all 4 holes we drilled. Only got 1 little trout, but going back tomorrow! Very quiet place during the weelk. Awesome.

Can you drive a vehicle on the lake or is there too much snow?

I've never fished the lake before. Can you give me any tips? I'm thinking about going this weekend.

It's really too small to worry about driving on, especially if you fish 20 feet from shore in the 12 FOW you want to be in, not worth worrying about it IMO.

There was 2 1/2 tons on there, but I don't drive on the ice, I have a 1 ton with a cummins, so I stay off the ice myself.

And I almost forgot, the snow was only 6 to 10 inches in the drifts, rest was only a couple inches.

I read on another thread that bait (gulp or powerbait) was not allowed. I thought it was. Reg's are confusing.
