I have great success here in the summer but in the winter I don't know what it is but I can't get nothing near my hook. We try deeper or shallower, same spots that bring success in the summer and even try different spots. But we can't seem to land any walleye. If you have had luck here please give me some hints and tips it would be appreciated!!

Don't know about your jig/minnow presentation but we have found the last 4 winters at Slave that dead stickin or a very, very slow and still presentation was best for walleye. Also, I would try spoons, other types of bait, etc, until you hit on something. Hope this helps. BEL
