Perch eggs..

Seeing some nice pictures of perch here lately and it got me thinking.

Do you guys eat the eggs?

I do and they are very good,just try not to break the egg sac when you are cleaning them.

Thoughts?

When you are gutting the perch carefully remove the egg sac in one piece,then just flower it up and fry right along with the fillets..

It is actually very good.:)
