Lake isle flood water conditions

Heading out to lake isle and I was wondering how bad the flood water was around the kokomoko launch and the lake in general. We will be walking on, but I don't want to be walking into constant flood water. Thanks!

Last weekend there was 1.5-2 feet of snow with 6-10 inches of slush water. As long as your have decent boots it should not be an issue. Llts more flood water once you punch through. Fisihng was good for pike however.

even the sleds got stuck last weekend. like thorne said if you have good boots you'll be fine but the floodwater is consistant on the lake and you will be walking in it no matter where you are on the lake.

ok thanks. I got a sweet little honey hole that never fails me and I got a hankering for pike for dinner. Just took a look at the weather forecast and it is supposed to get cold.. really cold... so hopefully that freezes up some flood water
