Headed to North Buck and or Chump need advice

We are headed up North buck / Chump lake way and wondering how flood water is and some general guidance as to where to start looking for the perch? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Anyone know the ice condition and access onto north buck lake? Driveable? How much snow/flood water if any? An if the fish have been biting thanks.
