Actually been a good season. Ive fished 4 different lakes on a few different occasions and only had one or two days that were slow. Had lots of picky fish but with enough trying we could usually find what they were biting on. A couple of the days were the most fish I have ever caught in them lakes in a day ever.

haha. yep i got skunked once out of the times ive been out, but thats because it was a new lake i have never fished before, had bites and 2 fish on tho. Every where else has been okay to me.

it hasn't been to bad this season but kind of frustrating not being able to get to your favorite spots on some lakes without a sled or quad :)

This is pretty much my first season of full on ice fishing. I only went out with a friend a couple times last year and instantly got the bug. So I went out and bought all my own stuff for this year. Aside from a few cold days and a few weeks with lots of snow I've had lots of luck around here. Some of my best days were when the weather was the worst and no one else was on the lake. Seems to be alot more rewarding when you work your butt of to get to your spot and then you land a few nice fish. Makes it all worth while!

As good or better than any other season. Less traffic/people more solitude. Haven't run into any flood water yet either.

On a scale of 1-10 I'd say 7 1/2 for me. A little more success last year but still bringing fish through the hole. For me fishing and bad don't really belong in the same sentence.

I've had an ok year myself, the floodwater has been a pain on many occasions but only once has it actually stopped me from fishing.

That being said it's my first year back to ice fishing since I was a kid but i've loved what i've done so far this year and have landed my personal best Pike as well.

I'm a bit further north but I understand conditions are similar everywhere in the province for the past few weeks.

It's been a bad year for me. I haven't been able to access my favorite spots this year due to flood water and snow, and I have gotten skunked this whole season so far. Heck, I havn't even gotten a bite yet.:mad0100:
Last year and the years before, I've caught many fish in the winter.
