want to go ice fishing around march 12,at lesser slave lake,never done that before,and was wondering where is best place to go,we normally fish at joussard in the summer,can you drive on lake with 1 ton,or need sleds or quads?thinking about renting a over night ice fishing cabin on lake,good idea or not,any imformation would help us decide.thanks

west end of lake in late winter. they will be starting to stage in the west end for the spawn. something like 75% of the eyes spawn in the west end.
