Whats travers like

Was thinking of trying Travers this week for the first time,is it worth it? Sick of catching the walleye at pine coulee plus I hear you can keep walleye 50cm or more at travers!!! :)

Lol currently very windy. Was there this morning managed one tiny pike. Less than a inch of water on the ice but that could change if it stays warm lots of snow on the ice, no drifts but up to 3" everywhere.

even on hard water walleyes love a westerly wind.....pop them chubbys
