Has anyone bought one of these for a TC . Also how can a person get one up to Alberta? Thanks

No idea. However, I would ask a smaller shop like Proline, or Prophet River in Lloydminster who seem much more flexible and agreeable to odering something different. Also, I would ask gunsmiths who are used to ordering parts. They may have contacts.
