Anybody out there have one of these scopes? I just picked one up! Let me know what calibre you shoot, and if it actually works out to 600 yards? I shoot a .308 and haven't had a chance to shoot the gun with it on there yet! Thanks!

I have that scope on my 300 winmag. I sighted in at 100m dead on. I then went to the 300m range and lined up the 300m crosshairs and it was pretty close to being accurate (I blame my inexperience as I'm new to the sport). They key to those scopes to make sure the magnification is set to the ammunition listed in the book.

I haven't looked thru the manual yet! Is it gonna work for my .308?

.308 isn't listed in my manual but it also states to visit their website for more factory loads that the scope will work with. Good luck and hopefully it works for ya.

Yeah no doubt considering I just dropped 200 bucks on it! We will see if it will work I guess!

Looks like .308 is the only calibre it won't work on! Ugh, guess I'm trading it in for the multi x reticle!

Dude don't go trading your scope just because .308 win isn't listed. Put your scope on max power sight it dead on at 100 yards, then ACTUALLY shoot your gun at 200, 300...etc to see how your groups line up with the scopes hash marks. If they are not as close as you like sight in at 125 or 150 then test again. Keep moving your zero out until your groups are within a couple inches at all distances. These types of scopes work great but you actually have to verify where your bullets are hitting in relation to the crosshairs. I have a burris ballistic plex and it works fine with a variety of loads.

I guess that makes sense! 30-06 is listed for it with a velocity of 2880, and my cheap federal ammo for the .308 says that it gets a muzzle velocity of 2820! I guess I can still use it to some degree! But at the same time, I was gonna buy an elite 3200 with multi x which is a way nicer scope than the trophy, in my opinion! I'll see what I decide today! I really like the elites!

Do yourself a favour and look at the revolution series. Comparable pricing and I think they are a better, crisper and clearer scope in that price range. Heard too many bad things about warranty from Bushnell.

Well, I think I've decided to keep the scope and see where I can get her shooting! With the money I save I can buy 3 boxes of shells to tinker around with!

Pick a zero range and then simply move back to find the range that the other crosshairs are zeroing at. Keep this info on your rifle stock and go from there.

If it happens that with a 100 yard zero your second crosshair lands at 220 yards and the third is at 345 yards who cares? Shoot accordingly. How often does a deer walk out at ranges in exactly 100 yard increments anyway?

Isn't that the truth! Most of the time by the time I see them they are running like hell anyways! And it's not worth the waste of ammo
