IT HELP. Wireless protected

I have a macbook and for the frigin life of me I cannot create a locked wireless password and secure the wireless service. I'm sure there are upwards of 20 people using my wireless and perhaps it slows my service?
I would appreciate any assistance, the router is a linksys.

user name admin

password blank or admin

at blue Linksys screan click on wirless and then click on wireless securty


Security Mode: Personal WPA E
WPA Algorithms: AES
WPA Shared Key: type in the password you would like to use for your wirless key


Group Key Renewal: 3600 seconds
