How long after year end do we have to file corporate income tax?

I'm a government stiff, but started doing some leadership consulting with a couple partners last year. We incorporated and need to file our tax return. Can anyone tell me how long after our declared year end we have to file?

6 months, but if you owe penalties, interest start at 4 months.

I think its 3 months.

Our year end is Sept 30 and we have to file by Dec 31.

Also, doesn't interest start on the first late day and accrue until its paid?
