I've owned a lot of Ron's barrels, and have heard miraculous things about gain twists, most of it from people who have not owned them!!:sHa_sarcasticlol:

The big thing to remember is exactly what duceman told you - start with a bullet compatible with a 1:9 " barrel.
You may find that you can run a higher charge than on a standard twist, but the nice thing I lie about them is that they can run a very high BC bullet easier most times, that is with a bit less fouling or even striping g of jackets in some instance.

I was going to try some 90 grain bergers

What are you using for a cartridge?
In my 6mmBR's I was using 100 - 105 Scenars, and Match kings, various other bullets, they all worked fine.....
