Well I was up in Canada last week for 5 days to see my grandpa since he isn't doing to well. Two days prior to flying up my uncle had a major heart attack at 54 and passed away. But still got out to fish a few days. It was pretty cold and there was lots of snow. Had to shovel a path down to the lake. We got the shack out and had a few good days fishing. Perch action was mostly slow with not many big ones. Caught a few walleye, but not a single pike seen on the camera or caught in three days. I guess they must have got wiped out this last summer when it was opened and with the test netting done by the biologist in the fall. 6 nets for two consecutive days, my grandpa said they had two truck loads of pike and walleye. He was pretty upset with the whole scenario. I don't think the biologists even know why they do this.

Anyways I put a video together uploaded on facebook, for some reason it wasn't saving at any higher a quality so its small but you can still make it large with some slight distortion. All filmed with my GOPRO head cam.
