Lake Newell walleye

The wife has walleye tags for Lake NEWELL. Can you catch any ice fishing and where at on the lake and how deep?
Can you even get on the lake?

Last year we caught a couple right out from the boat launch to the north at the prov park 12' i think.

Saw a nice one maybe 7 or 8 pounds today, in about 8 feet of water.
