10lb Burb, and Whites..

Hey there guys thats a 10.5lb Burbot 2nd biggest fish I ever caught :sHa_shakeshout: close to about a 5min fight thought it was a nice walleye :snapoutofit:, and rest were whitefish..then that one strange picture is of a fish that was found in the burbots stomach felt the outside of it im like mhmm thats weird.. so I decided to cut it open and woolaa.. It was about 12" long..

That's an insane sized burbot! BTW good job on catching the whitefish. Keep up the good work.

Speaking of nice sized burbot, apperntly this is the supposed world record burb caught out of Lake Diefenbaker Sakatchewan

Lol yeah more then likely... OH well theres always the summer time.. I had to summerize my auger and clean my tent up put it away yet.. so i can leave early in the morning so i can stop at some lakes on the way up... :sHa_shakeshout:

I just had Burbot for the first time tonight.. And its really no different then any other fish I think anyways.. dip them in spiced flour.. bake them for a bit and broil them to brown them.. the next fillet im gonna bake it then deep fry it.. Looks like the same kind of meat as those Chinese Chicken Balls..:thinking-006:
