Jiffy white lighining auger

Today I had my power auger laying on the ice. Some ice chip got into the power head. I could hear it rattling when I shook it. Do you think it will harm my unit?

I wouldn't think so. I'd like to think they are built to withstand some stuff like that.

Bring it inside, let it melt/dry out and it'll be fine.
