Cute, thanks for posting.

....I used to have a border collie that would smile like that. Scared a few people as they thought she was snarling. (except she was wagging her tail so hard she almost fell over a few times.) :)

Our lab has 'that look' as soon as you walk in the door. We don't even have to look to see what he's done, we already know that he knows he's in trouble.

The strategy really works too. By the end of the video one forgets all about the bad behavior and totally feels bad for the dog.

Oh I am pretty sure that dog knows there is no glass...

I think its has the manners and respect to know that the door is a boundary that its owner must allow it to cross.
