Prince of the Alps ~ Oasis HD

For anyone interested...Theres a new channel we get on shaw called Oasis its on the HD channel. Theres great nature stuff to watch as well as some yuppy granola cruncher stuff. Anyway they have been advertising a show called Prince of the Alps. Its about the Red Deer and their past and present history , including hunting. It airs this coming Sunday night 8-9 on channel 230.

I can't quite figure that channel out. It seems to have an undercurrent of anti-hunting sentiment.

I have not watched it enough to see that its anti hunting yet ?
There have been some cool ones , like the Area in Montana where they are trying to bring back Buffalo in a natural area. It does show things like Gophers actually playing a part in the ecosystem they live ....
Looking forward to this particular show it follows those big Stags and even catches one shedding an antler.
