1 Day Fishing Trip

I am going to be taking a full 1 day fishing trip sometime in the next 2 weeks?
I am not ice fishing, so where would you go on a river?

what part of alberta are you in ? the bow is fishing great right now :sHa_shakeshout:

then your best bet will be the bow. fished policemans with my buddy thursday and it was exellent. watch the banks tho i broke off and dropped 5 feet to the water scared the sh*t outta me. makes it tough to land fish too

policemans is east of deerfoot on dunbow road (not 100% on the name). easy explination.... first overpass south of the bow on deerfoot go west and you will see a small road at the bottom of a small hill down to the river. southbow fly shop has a sign just as you get off the main road. its a parking lot with a boat launch. i like to fish down stream of the launch all the way down to the big red house on the hill. sorry for the bad directions.
