Lake conditions around Lac la Biche

Just wondering what its like on the lakes around lac la biche area after this blowing snow.Going up this Saturday just dont know where yet,got about 6 lakes in mind,any info would be great.Might just have to flip a coin.

heard 2nd hand a guy was at heart lake a few days ago with his 4x4; couldnt drive further than 50 feet before the shovels came out. got back to shore and walked out. not sure about any of the other lakes around there.

Bring a shovel! Still tons of snow. It's been windy as hell for 2 days now. Whatever trails were on any of the lakes are definitely gone now. If you've got large, aggressive tires you might be ok provided you can find a decent access point at the lakes you have in mind.
