Well I have been a unionized worker for many years. I can't say too much bad about it except for the fact that it can sometimes limit growth of the employee.

Excited to say that I have now moved out of scope and into a new position with AHS

Indeed a bit nervous, but very excited as well...and finally, shift work has ended...:sHa_shakeshout:

Appreciate it....:)

I have to take a few flights here and there for meetings and the like,... but mon - fri, 8-4 with no weekends or holidays makes it sure worth it after years of shift and a young family and all.

Union just "fired" me last month !

They are even going to pay me to stay away ! :sHa_sarcasticlol:

(they say I didn't work enough....yet they are the ones that prevented me from working. Do girls run that org. ? :sHa_sarcasticlol: )

Here I thought you had to kill someone to get fired from a union job. Isn't one of there slogans (work safe work union). Ya right.
