Cold Lake area lakes open in April?

Hi just wondering what lakes if any are open after April 1st in the Cold Lake area? I don't know the area at all so any help appreciated

Have a look at the new regs. The stocked trout lakes will be open.

Little Bear lake, Ardmore, Fort Kent, and Bonnyville trout ponds. Age restrictions may apply for Fort Kent, and Ardmore. I know there is one in Bonnyville and you have to be under 16 or over 65. Little bear is your best bet.
If your really desperate you can try Chatwin Lake it was last stocked ten years ago, not sure if rainbows can live that long in that hole but up to fifty feet deep and i don't think winterkill has ever been an issue in that lake. Guys i used to play hockey with claimed they pulled a "12ib rainbow" out of there about ten years ago. Not sure how long it would have to live to get that big but my guess would be a while so there is some potential there.
