I was thinking it would be nice to head out before close of season but I'm not sure if I can get away from my busy workload. Last weekend it was pretty brutal out there, flood water and deep snow. Couldn't get back out to the spot I found north of the boat launch two weeks ago.

Are you thinking of fishing right at the boat launch? I drilled a bunch of holes but couldn't find any fish and the deepest I found was about 14' but had to hike it out with the sled.
