sick at work what are the options

If you are that sick your talk to your Boos and they will proably tell you to go home rather than stick around and get evryone else sick

Are you asking us for advice, or simply asking how it works in our jobs? I'd say it depends whether you get paid sick time. ;)
I'd say just hang around and do something easy, like play on the computer.... like you are. LOL jk

You can leave only with your direct supervisors approval. Employers are not required to let people go. They are only required to look out for the general safety and well being of their employees while on company time. You usually have a pretty bad boss if he/she won't let you leave early, but the decision is theirs unfortunately.

I'm sure your fellow worker want you to leave so you don't make them sick.

People think they are doing a great thing sticking it out fighting through it by still going to work when their sick....I say forget it stay the heck home I don't want you around me if your sick I don't want it....SO GO HOME!!!!!!!

For me it varies. Sometimes I'm into a project and time flies, so no big deal. Other times an hour is like eternity and there's no need torturing myself, so home I go. If it interferes with your judgement, save them the bucks.
