Outlet at Pigeon

Hi All,
Where exactly is the "Outlet" on Pigeon that closed April 1st. I have nothing in the regs to reference that area.

its not much of a outlet, especially with the low water the last couple of years. it flows out of the southeast corner by mameo beach. years ago had lots of whitefish in it when water levels were high.
