Does anyone have any tips or tricks to try and get a few fish out of this little pond? I need to figure something out before I guide ChubbDarter out there sometime soon.

trout ponds are managed for "put and take"....Regardless of the people doing most of the "taking", that is what they are for...you should be happy this types of fisheries exist as it takes pressure off the "taking" out of lakes that aren't as well managed. Think before you post as that comment was uncalled for even if that is truly how you feel....
