after checking out skegs blog he posted and watching a vid on "The Pole Dancer" i'm wondering if anyone has used these flys for northerns,walleye or lakers? is there a tackle dealer that handles them in the calgary area? never seen them before and they look to be lethal.

Ya ya ya... I'm sure that's exactly what you were looking for when you googled pole dancer. (just kidding)
I'm sure it is deadly. It's just that top water head that makes it dart from side to side. I'm sure it can be applied to any fly. Gonna have to do some experimenting.

its a fly i tie.....looks just like the pole dancer with a cork epoxy head.
another similar fly is the Tossed Salad...its more for weedy conditions
