Hip waders

Hey all I'm new to the site and looking for some info on hip waders as i am looking to buy my first pair. I am looking to spend around $200 on a pair any info and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

It depends alot on where you are going to fish. A pair of neoprenes is a must if you want to fish year round on the bow etc. If smaller summer creeks and streams are going to be your thing then I suggest a pair of breathables. Regardless dont buy a pair with the boots attached - a waste of time and money - buy your waders and a good pair of wading boots. My neo's are over 10 years old and still serving me well. they had some at walmart for 5 bucks i grabbed one...if your going to spend that much id go with simms and talk to the people at bass pro they know there stuff.
