Morning everyone,
I have done a few searches on this, but the results I get are older or not very clear.
I have an older wooden boat that is 14.5 feet long with an 18 horsepower motor.
Do I need to register it and have hull #'s on it? It does not have any presently, and I want to follow the rules on this.
