ICE OFF YET at TWIN VALLEY RES? or Little Bow?

Can any of our southern friends weigh in on the ice conditions down south? Hoping to hear there is open water at TWIN Valley Res. and or Little Bow? Is little Bow even open? Can't find it in the regs.

Also if someone can weigh in on Chain Lakes as well that would be great.

Drove by Chain lakes last sunday (April 10) and it was still frozen hasn't been very warm since so i would suspect it's still froze.

chain lakes still has ice but the a few feet from the shoreline is rotten ice. they put up signs saying the ice was unsafe and such so i didn't venture out when i was there a few days ago.
