Is the ice off the Oldman Res. and the river upstream of Sec.RD.510.

Reservoir was 95 % ice covered as of Sunday afternoon from the vantage point of hwy 510 bridge over the res.

I was at the dam early last week and it looked like I could almost launch a boat at windy point boat launch. there was at least 1/2 mile worth of open water beyond the boat launch. So it should be better now.
