launch is clear of all ice...looking east its clear as far as pelican point...thats as far as visibility allowed

sorry about pic quality...it was nasty and alot of pics taken tru truck glass at 130....outside pics were taken in hurricane winds with snow and rain.

Travers is almost clear of ice
Mac is gonna need some thawing weather

wow!!! pine coulee has really started to open up the last couple of days. That wind does some amazing things to the ice. I was there on Tuesday I believe, and it was still 99.5% iced over. it was just opening up a little around the bridge. looks like it will be clear of ice sometime next week at this rate

even sadder PCR opens May 20 not the 7th , its listed under ES1 in the regs.

oh chubbs your a devil!!! now I just want my boat out there even more. There is no way I am not going on the 14...... Hell i wouldnt be shocked if my rubber arm gets twisted to go on the 8th. need to shore things up with the motor first though. oh man....... I will be organizing all my gear and tackle boxes again this week. and making some rigs....

All my rods are tied up and ready to go. The boat should be done being fixed up and ready to go on monday and the camper brackets will be on the truck on tuesday. I will also have to camper packed up with everything on tuesday or wed. so I will be ready to go for opening day on chin and also pretty much the whole week after opening day. I can see you busting your balls and getting that boat done in time for the 8th.

Thanks for the photos Darter. Good to see all the lakes opening up just in time for the season start.
