Need some help fishin the bow

I just started to get into fishing this year but the past 3 weeks iv tried fishin the bow by the bridge off deerfoot and up by the ghostlake damn and havnt had any sign of a fish yet. Im just using a spin cast rod and for lures iv been trying a couple spinners and tried rapala xrap xr10. Any help would be great.

try silver or gold or colored blue fox number 2 and 3 cast up stream and let them touch the bottom once in awhile when you reel back in. like the old saying goes if you dont snag your hook once in awhile you aint fishin where the fish are.
