Question about flys with stinger hooks

I am new to Alberta fishing and am wondering if Your allowed to have stinger hooks on flys like the Articulated leach? your allowed hopper/dropper systems so can you use flys with stinger hooks?

In AB you are allowed to have up to 3 hooks (on a line), and each hook can have up to three points. So you can use a treble as a stinger behind a single, or three singles, or any combination of the above.

trebles are still allowed? even if they are I prefer single hooks...


example, heres my favorite pattern for Bulltrout. Which has 2 hooks, the main one the flys tied on then the stinger.
