barrier lake

Anyone been out to barrier lake yet? im assuming that most of the ice has finally melted. Planning on heading out tomorrow, can anyone help with areas to fish or tips(iv heard south end is best). never fished that lake before.

It was completely frozen most of the way across the lake. The only open area was where the river flows in. The dam was frozen and all the easy access points were frozen still.
