East Pit

Has anyone been out to east pit lately? Just looking to see how the fishing is out there?

Any advise on what setup to use? We will be fishing from shore with a spinning rod.

small slip bobber with the tinyest treble you can or a mid sized single with either trouth worms or a sliver of old raw bacon and dont keep your line too tight trout are smart and spit hooks fast if they feel tension before you set

sorry and the hook should be sitting about a foot down depending on the structure of where your casting
