Peakseaker asked me to post pictures of his very nice Coal Lake pike.
I will let him tell ya the story.

thanks again dan for posting them, i tell ya, it has to be the best year i have had there in prob. 12 years. 1st girl was 40inches and 20lbs, 2nd was 37 and 16! they were 1 cast apart, both about 10 feet from shore. sure makes it exciting when they hit er and take off that close to shore! sure hope this fishery keeps going the way it is. on a side note pigeon was really slow tonight.

Nice fish, very nice. Gotta spend some more time down there, only 20 mins from my house...

lol, yes it has been an amazing spring there. and yes they were released for someone else to enjoy.

Great looking fish.

I went out today in the boat and only caught babies. Nothing was over a pound but sure was fun anyways. No pics, too small.
